These Quietlife mild steel rain caps can be used to prevent the ingress of rain when a dry exhaust silencer is vertically mounted. They clamp to the outside of the pipe spigot, and have a hinged lid which will open to allow the exhaust gas out while the engine is running, but will close once the exhaust gas flow stops. Ideal for use with the Quietlife range of dry exhaust silencers, these rain caps will suit a range of exhaust pipe from 1-1/2" outside diameter pipe to 8" OD pipe. Not for use with wet exhaust systems.
