1. Business Information
Teministeriet.com is provided by Teministeriet AB with Org number 559027-3065. Information & images on the website are owned by the company or partner and may not be copied without permission.
2. Pricing
Each item is listed including VAT in Swedish kronor. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees such as VAT, transport and payments. We cannot be held liable for any price changes due to price changes from supplier, typographical errors in the price list and incorrect prices due to incorrect information and we reserve the right to adjust the price.
2.1 Promotions
It is not possible to combine any discount codes with other promotions or offers, unless stated otherwise.
2.2 Outside EU
Any import VAT and customs duty is at the recipient's expense.
3.1 Payment
Payment is made through the selected payment method at checkout. The payment method is provided by Bambora together with partners.
3.2 Card Payment
Card payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. Your debit card is charged directly.
3.3.1 Invoice & Part Payment
In cooperation with Collector Bank we offer invoice and part payment. The service is based on a one-time credit that enables easy and secure payment of your purchases by invoice or part payment. More information and full terms and conditions on Collector Bank's payment method can be found at bill.collectorpayments.se.
The invoice has a maturity of 14 days. After the purchase has been completed, the invoice will be sent to your national registration address. You can then choose to pay the full amount right away or apply to split the payment into smaller parts by logging into bill.collectorpayments.se.
In order to use the service, you must be resident in Sweden and at least 20 years old at the time of purchase. The payment method is only available to private individuals and as a lender we assume that you have handled your financial obligations and have a good payment history.
A credit check is done in connection with the purchase, which means that a credit report is obtained. Credit information taken by Collector Bank does not affect your credit rating and cannot be seen by others who request credit information about you, such as banks. In case of late or non-payment, a delay fee is charged as well as interest on late payment.

3.3.3 Refunds on invoice or partial payment purchases
If you have paid your invoice or part payment, but still have canceled your purchase, you have a balance with Collector Bank. Collector Bank will reimburse the amount you paid after we received the return of the merchant. The refund is made to your account so you need to notify us your account details along with the invoice details.

4. Shipping & Shipping Methods
Free shipping is available with a minimum purchase of SEK 500 within selected countries in Europe. We deliver your item with PostNord, UPS or GLS Parcel Service.
4.2 Deliveries
Orders will normally be delivered within 2-7 days, depending on selected shipping method and destination. Delivery takes place directly to the address you specified at the time of ordering.
4.2.1 Uncollected Parcels
It is the customer's responsibility to pick up the package at the delivery point within the time stated on the notice. If the customer is not able to receive the package on delivery or do not pick up your package at the delivery point, it will be sent back to us, and we may then charge the customer a reasonable fee for shipping and administrative costs.
4.2.2 Delayed Delivery
If we cannot dispatch your order within the specified time, you will be notified via e-mail or telephone. If you do not accept the new suggested delivery time you have the right to cancel your purchase without any additional cost.
4.3 Damaged goods and complaints
We follow the Swedish Consumer Agency's recommendations for e-commerce. When getting your goods it is important that you check so the goods are not damaged or incorrect. Should the product be incorrect or damaged, you must contact us within 2 months from the date you discovered or ought to have discovered the fault. This should be done by e-mail to sales@teministeriet.com where you will receive further instructions. Private persons have 3 years at most to make a complaint depending on the nature of the product and existence of a warranty.
5. Right of Cancellation
As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. The right of cancel can only be exercised if the goods can be returned in original packaging and are in essentially unchanged condition. Opened and/or used food products cannot be refunded due to health and hygienic reasons. When exercising the right to cancel, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.
6. Reimbursement
If you exercise your right to cancel, we will refund the full amount of the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item. You have to pay the return cost yourself when the item is returned. We pay everything the return cost of returning so-called replacement goods. See also the Consumer Agency or the Distance Trade Act.
7. Personal data processing
In order to receive, handle and deliver your order, Teminsteriet AB will process your personal data. All our processing of personal data is in accordance with applicable personal data legislation. You can read more about how we process your personal data under Appendix 1, Personal Data Processing.

9. Cookies
A cookie is a text file that is sent from a web page to your computer where it is stored either in memory (session cookies) or as a small text file (text-based cookies). Cookies are used to store e.g. login information or your shopping cart when you browse different websites. If your browser is set to not accept cookies, you will not be able to place an order on our site. You can easily change this under settings in your browser. Please note that we do not use cookies to store personal information about you.
10.1 Force Majeure
Force Majeure such as war, widespread labor conflict, blockade, fire, environmental disaster, serious contagion or other extent which a party does not have and which prevents the party from fulfilling its obligations and relieves the party from this. Such an exemption applies provided that the business cannot be conducted under these conditions either. The counterparty shall be informed immediately of any circumstances which may apply this provision.
10.2 Change of contract terms
After the customer has made a purchase, the Selling Company does not have the right to change the terms of the current purchase unless otherwise agreed.
10.3 Disputes & Laws
Swedish law shall apply to all purchases in accordance with these contractual terms. Disputes regarding purchases under these contractual terms shall be exclusively examined by the Swedish public court.
Appendix 1, Personal data processing
Teministeriet AB, org. No. 559027-3065, processes personal data in connection with the trade at http://teministeriet.com and is responsible for personal data processing. Personal data is processed in order for Teministeriet AB to be able to provide its services, mainly for the following purposes (the "Purpose"):
• To create and maintain your personal account.
• To receive and process your orders and send your goods to you.
• To handle possible returns.
• To send you SMS notifications about delivery status.
• To answer your questions and inform you about new or changed services.
• To send marketing offers such as newsletters and directories.
• To send you surveys that allow you to influence Teministeriet AB's offers and services.
The information being processed is the information you provide, e.g. when placing orders, contact customer service or the like. The information you provide includes e.g. contact information, delivery address and ordered goods ("Personal Information"). The personal information is necessary for Teministeriet AB to achieve the objectives. Some information may also be obtained from public records or from other publicly available sources.
The main legal basis for the treatment is that the treatment is necessary for Teministeriet AB to fulfill its obligations to its customers. Some treatments are also based on Teministeriet AB's legitimate interest in being able to conduct its operations in an efficient and safe manner and on Teministeriet AB's obligation to comply with legal obligations. The personal data may be shared with authorities and other parties that Teministeriet AB uses to achieve the objectives, eg. for delivery. These players may be based in countries outside the EU / EEA. If the European Commission does not consider that the country guarantees an adequate level of protection, the transfer to the third party will be supported by the Commission's standard contract clauses for the transfer of personal data to a country outside the EU / EEA, see Articles 45 to 46 of Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR"). The processing of the Personal Data will continue as long as it is required to fulfill the Purpose or as long as Teministeriet AB is obliged to do so. The Personal Data is then deleted.

You can also use this address if you want to exercise any of the rights you have under the GDPR as registered. Please note that the rights under the GDPR are not absolute and that invoking a right does not necessarily lead to an action. Your rights under the GDPR include the following:
• Right of access - According to Article 15 GDPR you have the right to access the Personal Data and to be informed about the processing. That information is contained in this document.
• Right to Correction - Under Article 16 of the GDPR, you have the right, without undue delay, to obtain inaccurate personal data relating to you corrected. Considering the purpose of the processing, you also have the right to supplement incomplete personal data.
• Right to delete ("right to be forgotten") - Under certain circumstances, under Article 17 of the GDPR, you have the right to have your personal data deleted.
• Right of restriction of use - Under certain circumstances, under Article 18 of the GDPR you have the right to restrict the processing of the Personal Data.
